2.Delivery
1).Delivery within 24 hours upon sight of payment for order of less than 100 pcs.
2).Delivery within 2-3 workdays upon sight of payment for order of 100-500pcs.
3).(Delivery according to the situation) For order of over 500 pcs., we need you to order ahead of time , 3-7 days ahead.
3.Shipping
1).Air-express: Arrival within one day.(Not recommended usually.)
2).Express : Arrival within 1-3 days.(Different by regions)(Recommended)
3).Cartage: Arrival within 3-7 days .(Different by regions)
4).Special shipping: Our products weight 1-3 kg. per 100pcs.. Shipping can optioned to the customers’ requirements.
The prices do not include freight normally.
4. After service
1).If there appear problems with the products but not due to human mistakes when used correctly, exchangeable in one year we warrant.
2).If there appear problems with the products due to human mistakes (eg. Short circuit due to wrong power supply contact, etc.) we will not carry out our repair warranty.
3).If the product do have problems originally, the customers can return the products within one week upon receiving them, and we will return the whole money.
The expenses that occurres will be covered by us.
